Only Malays Can Be Appointed MBs

Enid Bylton I am not... nor I am an editor from any press. Hence, my English might be broken, poor grammar. Yet I'd like to write a story here to all my blog readers.

Referring to the post in TheSun (yeah.. no more TheStar 'cos TheSun is telling as it is.. keep it up!! *LOL*) dated 12Mar2008 with the above title. The following is about my primary school experience which I feel it sounds similar to what is happening or had happened in Perak.

I remember clearly one of my primary class teacher who only wanted a boy to be a class monitor despites of a girl whom had got the most votes. All the girl's supporters were very angry including me. We were so mad and curious why our teacher (someone who govern and lead us) is so unfair and cheating. In spite of all our anger we did not argue nor clarify with him. All because he is known to be fierce and firm with his decision.

Few months passed, in our second semester, me start to understand why he wanted that boy to be our class monitor instead of the girl. It was all because he needs somebody to help him in running around the school, carrying books and such. Thus, I believe he must be thinking that will over load a girl. Besides that, I also noticed our class monitor and his lady assistant are working happily together. The boy helped the girl very much and the girl was very co-operative indeed.

From the above story, in my humble opinion, we can accept the decision of the Perak Sultan of not granting DAP (the winner) the MB title. We really can!! Provided PKR / PAS shows their co-operation, respect and sincerity to us, the Chinese. Why? In this muslim country, we ought to be "halal" be it physically or mentally. Not because I do not trust our DAP men can do it but we are not muslim-born so I doubt we are able to handle this "halal" state correctly. I don't deny, some of you might argue even some Malays are not 100% "halal", but we shall respect their believing / religious.

My words to DAP, PKR & PAS men and his fellow supporters: "Do not fight with each other. You guys must unite and form a harmony country. Your opponent is watching and their men are laughing now". The important thing for now is to work in a healthy multi-racial nation as planned and promised. We, the Rakyat, will be proud of you. What had happened to BN on the 08Mar2008 could happen to you in the next four years.

Lets us cheers for unity
